Amazing roast poblano

This restaurant has lovely views and ambiance and a clearly talented chef. The staff were kind to our many questions and we had guacamole and salsa and chips for app and vegan poblano for main. They managed to make it taste like it has cheese and beef even though it was vegan. Lovely roasted flavors. My stomach would have been upset if it had a speck of cheese and I was fine. They also prepared the truffle fries without parm for me. Worth visiting just for the views and poblano. Also tasty mocktails

Pros: Tasty mocktails, Views, kind staff, Amazing poblano

Cons: Not many vegan options

Delicious

Lovely place. Well marked vegan options and more than one! We got the poblano relleno and the jackfruit tacos and wow. So good. Nice restaurant, but they didn’t blink at us showing up right after a hike. Our server was also very nice. Would recommend.

Pros: Multiple options , Well marked , Delicious food

Amazing dining experience ~ vegan delicacies without moderation

Tremendous view of Snoopy Rock. Gorgeous modern resort dining inside. Super attentive staff. Shared the chips, salsa and guac ~ the salsa is clearly homemade and super tasty. I just loved that there were three creative main dish options that are vegan without moderation. The Poblano Relleno was delectable with every bite and came with a stack of perfectly soft forbidden rice with veggies on top. For dessert I ordered the mango sorbetto and vanilla "ice cream" (coconut milk based). The latter was spectacular with fresh vanilla bean ~ even my non-vegan partner was amazed at how good it is. Not WFPB, as they use some oil, the coconut milk, and salt. But certainly worth being off program for the amazing food, service, view, and overall experience. I will be back to try more of the vegan options!

Pros: amazing vegan options without modification, super attentive staff, spectacular Sedona view

Cons: no WFPB options
