Yummy taco - Edit
I was pleased with a choice of flour or corn shell. There were plenty of veggie choices: lettuces, fajita mix, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers, corn, black beans, pinto beans, cilantro, various house made salsas, avocado and housemade guacamole. Optional salads, and white or brown rice bowls. Staff were very helpful in specifying vegan selections.

Vegan option, but wish for more - Edit
I got a rice bowl with black beans and fajita veggies. I do wish they had a vegan meatless substitute. I do know some Salsarita’s offer that. Currently not at this location.
