I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was very nice! They did have vegetarian beans (listed on the menu and confirmed by staff). I had the Hard Shell Taco meal with the calabacitas, Spanish rice and beans and it was delicious! Not spicy

Limited but yummy - Edit
Somewhat limited options since, as another review pointed out, the beans are not vegan, but I got the cabacitas tacos and they were delicious. Service was great; our server knew what veganism was and what to recommend.

Excellent vegetarian New Mexican Cuisine - Edit
Amazing New Mexican cuisine with great vegetarian options. This is the first restaurant outside of New Mexico that I’ve seen stuffed sopapillas on the menu. They have calabacita as an option for burritos, enchiladas, sopapillas, etc. We had enchiladas with green and red sauce. Both had a good level of spice (we like things spicy). We also had stuff sopapillas, one mild and one hot. Everything was delicious!

It’s a cute place, and the salsa was very good. But the beans have lard in them, so the vegan option was basically a burrito with veggies and rice.

Spicy goodness - Edit
Greeted by a very kind and helpful server. She guided us to veggie street tacos and sopapillas with grilled veggies. A small bowl place but everyone was festive and friendly.
