First and last visit - Edit
The guy who took our order didn’t seem familiar with the ordering system. Ended up charging a delivery fee even though we dined in. The fried food was overcooked and sauce was a weird translucent red gelatinous “sauce” that tasted chemical. Won’t be returning.

Cons: expensive, limited seating , food wasn’t good

The guy is me, and I’m the owner. Also, I remember you. So first of all, no - it’s not a delivery fee, it’s service charge when you dine in and ask the team to take your order and deliver it to your table. Secondly, the sauce is sweet and sour sauce, made of 4 ingredients and none is chemical. Happy not to see your face anymore. You can buy bananas and peanuts in publix instead. All the best

$10 to bring a tray to a table plus tip? Between this shady business tactic, your horrible manners and nasty food, it’s no wonder this place has closed its doors. I will be sharing this post far and wide.

Total disappointment, terrible service - Edit
I tried ordering from this restaurant 2 days in a row. The first time the website directed me to Toast tab, which I’m very used to. My order was completed, my credit card got charged and the food never came. I contacted the restaurant and they told me they don’t work with Toast tab?? They said I never placed an order, even though I got charged for it. Then they said they’d contact Toast tab in the AM to cancel the order and sent me a link to order from their website again. I tried again the next day and the same thing happened- the food never came and when I reached out they said the restaurant was closed, even though the order went through. Such a horrible guest service. They just keep charging people for ghost service. Do not fall for this scam. Now I gotta deal with calling my bank to cancel the transactions for food that never got delivered, even though I was charged for it.

I loved the three vegan salmon rolls I shared with a friend, but the rainbow roll was the best. Calamari rings were excellent.

Needs a lot of work - Edit
Went for an all-you-can-eat sushi night for my 3-year anniversary. It was a disaster. Food was excellent but they did not have servers so we had to spend half of our dinner waiting on line to order more rolls & we could only order one at a time. Met the promoter who was a really cool dude. But he ordered so many rolls while other customers were waiting for food. I could be wrong but that's the impression he left as I see his table literally had 6 rolls at one time on it. Took 2 hours to try 5 rolls & we were the 1st guests to be seated inside. It's brand new so there's no design or ambiance. Maybe in a few months it'll be much better but if you really want to try the food just order to-go.

I'd even say that it's the best sushi I've had, ever. We tried the salmon, the spicy tuna and a fried roll which were all so so good. Everything about this place was perfect, including the service.

Out of this world vegan sushi and Israeli food! - Edit
One of the best and most fabulous hidden gems in Miami! ALL VEGAN - but you’d never know because the salmon and tuna taste like the real thing. Authentic sushi, Japanese inspired, and Israeli themed dishes that are truly out of this world by a vegan Israeli chef that is worthy of so many awards for the quality of this food. Most of their ingredients and dishes are made from scratch and you can tell how fresh and wholesome the taste is. Customer service is 100 stars - our server, the chef, and the owner all spent time chatting with us and really made our experience phenomenal beyond the good food. Restaurant is EXTREMELY dog-friendly - they catered to our dog as much as us and served him water throughout the evening and even offered him a meal 😆. I will 100% eat here again whenever we are visiting and in town and recommend to every vegan I know. Absolutely worth a visit. Oh and they’ll validate your parking at the valet hotel parking next door so parking is free!

Excellent food - Edit
The friendly welcome was the first thing that I noticed. Great advice on what to order. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Calamai and the Japanko (which turned out to be fried sushi which I had never tried before). Feared it was going to be too fishy but not at all.

Worth the drive !!!!! - Edit
The next time you're in Brickell (or just make a special trip), make sure to visit Geisha 69 at 1060 Brickell Ave. This is a 100% vegan asian-fusion (owner is from Israel). The food was amazing. And unlike most establishments that have a few vegan sushi items that all taste the same, Geisha 69 has over 80 menu items. Service was great. Will definitely make the trek back!

Run, don’t walk to this gem! - Edit
A Happy Cow search suggested this wee gem of eatery near my hotel in Brickell. Unbeknownst to me, they’ve only been open 1 week. Nothing can compare to the feeling of absolute JOY of looking at this beautiful menu of absolute yumminess and realize I can have it ALL! I sat inside to escape the FL heat, but they do have outdoor seating. Inside is comfortable, w/ table & bar seating. The staff are gorgeous(!), I mean, helpful ;), in helping me w/ the menu options. I opted for the Spicy Tuna Roll for starters and the teriyaki Beyond Meatballs rice bowl for main. I took away the Sahara & Philadelphia rolls for later. All delicious and each looked like a work of art. (Hey! It’s sushi! It’s suppose to be aesthetically pleasing!) If I had more than 1 day here I would go back everyday for lunch and dinner. Trust me, they do not disappoint.
