Lovely bakes to take away - Edit
I really love this stall, Sally is a passionate vegan and talented baker. Everything is good quality and tasty. I really love the sausage rolls and they’re far superior to anything you can get locally. The cakes are wonderful. I’m a relatively new vegan, and I’ve found Sally helpful and encouraging.

What A Vegan Find On Bury Market - Edit
I heard about Sally's Bakes on Facebook, so on a visit to Bury had to visit to try the pasties. There is a large selection including lots of gluten free options, as well as cakes and brownies. I chose a sweet potato pasty in gluten free pastry and it was delicious, the pastry was lovely and crisp, not soggy at all with a lovely filling. Would have been great to take home, warm up, add vegan gravy and mushy peas, but sat on a bench with a coffee, it was damn fine on a chilly June lunchtime.
