Average - Edit
It's totally average food, which isn't a bad thing. But the spicy cashew dish was flavorless and the veggies didnt taste right or fresh. So I'm going to stick to Araya's for thai food in the future.
Read moreThe sticky rice with mango was what really saved the meal. The mango was nice and perfectly soft. Also, a big plus is that they're open until 10PM, and they deliver.

One of my favorites - Edit
I have only ever had delivery - but this is one of my regular take outs.
Read moreI Personally love the Panang curry with the vegan chicken and coconut rice.
The chicken satays are some of the best I’ve had. Their noodle dishes, sushi and soups are also delicious.
I haven’t had a bad meal from this place yet. Highly recommend.
Pros: Great curries , Fast delivery , Reasonably priced

Delicious, BUT - Edit
The only gripe I had is that our sushi came with sauce on the BOTTOM. So every piece of sushi I picked up fell apart instantly. No idea why they did that...

Great Laab - Edit
Lovely service, good if you’re in the east of Hollywood; best laab I’ve had in LA. Green curry was a bit of a disappointment - their iced coffee was so syrupy I couldn’t drink it - but one of the nicer vegan Thais in town.
Read morePros: Service, Tofu Laab, Fairly priced (for the area)
Cons: Green curry, iced coffee not great, Venue not hugely aesthetically pleasing

LA Vegan Thai! - Edit
Delicious, HUGE menu with Japanese food, North American and of course - THAI! Located in a small small strip mall with seating side for about 30 max. Nice staff. Can recommend the fresh rolls (my favorite prepared food).

All vegan Thai! - Edit
Excellent all-vegan Thai food. Very pricy, but that’s to be expected of any Thai place, let’s be honest. Pretty offensive that no dishes, not even the curries, come with free rice. The people here are really friendly and the food comes out quick.

I came by myself and ordered 4 items. Definitely could’ve fed a whole family with the amount of food I got lol. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was kind and helpful. Small but cute dining area with free parking

Next level vegan Thai in Thai Town - Edit
Salaya is not your typical LA vegan Thai cuisine. The menu is crafted with attention to detail in taste, texture and flavor. I was throughly impressed with the quality of the food and the prompt table service. A good place to start is with an order of the fresh spring rolls and the popular crispy orange chickun.

New Sushi Menu - Edit
Just when I thought Salaya cannot get any better, they introduce Japanese entrees including the tastiest sushi rolls. I loved the fireworks roll. I have been to almost every vegan restaurant in LA, Salaya is in my top 3. I love their curries, noodles and protein entrees. Chicken Larb Salad and Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna are fantastic- I will order again. I also liked Dynamite Shrimp Roll and Atlantic Roll. Lots of great options! Bon appetit!

Delicious food, reasonably priced - Edit
So many delicious sounding dishes it was hard to choose just one. In the end we settled on the Tofu Larb and the Crispy Chicken Noodles. Both really good, but the larb was particularly memorable.

Great Asian Vegan Food - Edit
Salaya is my go to spot for vegan Asian eats. While not everything on the menu is a slam dunk, their food, staff and service are top notch. The fresh rolls, pad Se ew, and Spicy Cashew entree are some of my personal favorites.

Incredibly delicious vegan Thai food - Edit
Some of the best vegan Thai food in LA. I've had the basil chicken, the kho mun gai, and the kho mok gai, all excellent. The mango sticky rice is great too.

Tried the green curry and the papaya salad. Both were good but expensive, and the curry didn’t even come with rice or noodles.

I’d give this place another chance - Edit
The menu looked promising but what I ordered (orange chicken) was too sweet and I couldn’t finish it. Also the description claimed it came with rice and they charged me for it separately. I’d still give this place another try.

Delicious - Edit
Went to Salaya for the first time and everything we had was delicious. We tried the Thai tea, crispy spring rolls, poke bowl, and kho mun gai. The garlic rice with the kho mun gai was addicting. Their sweet and sour sauce has a nice kick to it. Poke bowl had a nice variety of toppings and sauces. They have a big menu that includes a sushi section that looks yummy. Will definitely be coming back.

Stopped by here with some out-of-town friends after visiting the Walk of Fame. Shared the Seaweed Quinoa Rolls, which were excellent, and the Thai Jerk Wings, which were also excellent! I had the Blazing Chicken for my entree and it was very flavorful and tasty. It was the first time I had ever had young pepper corns and it took me a while to figure out what they were.

Take Me Back - Edit
I found Salaya on a happy accident waiting for a delayed show. Completely plant-based menu with multiple mylk options for beverages, full of traditional Thai and fusion recipes, it’s easy to make any vegan happy. I was in a hurry and tried the Beyond Pies, happily surprised with 3 hand sized crispy delights and a dipping sauce I had no shame on using up completely. I also ordered a Thai tea for my sweet tooth. Relaxing atmosphere while I waited and the door was constantly rotating with take out orders which I think is an excellent sign. I am trying to go back to try their traditional items and I have a really good feeling I won’t be disappointed!

Delicious!! - Edit
Went here on my visit to LA, I ordered the crispy tofu and the orange chicken and oh my goodness they were both AMAZING. The orange chicken was probably one of the best vegan things I have eaten in my entire vegan journey! The tofu was great as well! They also had a few outdoor tables, which the lady working there was nice enough to pull over a sun umbrella for me, she was super nice! Only downside is the price, but honestly it was all worth it for that orange chicken...

Went again on our most recent visit to LA and it was just as good as I remember!! Also their menu has gotten much bigger! I ended up with the Pad Thai and BF got Beef Pho, and we shared some steamed dumplings! Everything was very tasty!!
