I'd say an overpriced healthy food market.
Read moreIts great if you're staying in Salamanca, because you've got money to spend.
I found it to be expensive.
The fresh food option was an option for 2 salads at the food dispensary (they had like 12+ dairy/meat options).
I'd visit as a desperate option if I was in the area.
Good place for a meat eater, and has the typical healthy branded supermarket feel.
Pros: Convenient healthy market in busy Salamamca

They sell a good number of vegan butters and cheeses, like Laud’s, which I’ve only found in places like Eumarrah and City Organics. Beware that for a place that brands itself as a fresh fruit and vegetable grocery, they have a deli that sells animal flesh, so it can smell a bit like dead animal in there sometimes!
