Simple and good - Edit
There are only a couple of vegan items on the menu, but the food is great. My bowl had some tofu, pumpkin, and lots of veggies. There are plenty of vegan options for dressing. Staff is friendly and vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu. Use the machine to order.

An oasis in vegan deprived areas! - Edit
I was so happy to discover Salady. There have been many times I’ve been out and about throughout Korea where there were no options and then boom, I come across a Salady! You can get their pumpkin tofu bowl or build your own. As far as I know, the only dressing that is vegan is the balsamic. It’s consistently fresh and also available on Coupang Eats.
