Salad chain with tasty vegan options

First thing to say is this is a chain with takeout options, which is good to know in case you need a quick meal out and about anywhere else in Korea! I took out a noodle poke bowl with tofu and gochujang sauce which was delicious and filling during my train journey later in the day.

Very customizable with plenty of veg ingredients!

I love that salady has a pretty good English menu and offers lots of customization to make your salad just the way you want it. You can feel healthy and energized with their delicious juices, the cold pressed green juice with wheat grass was my favorite. It’s great for vegans because there’s lots of great ingredients you can choose like tofu, carrots, pumpkin and buckwheat noodles. You won’t feel any guilt ordering from salady. The packaging even feels more environmental. I love salady!
