CLOSED: Salad Station
Serves meat, vegan options available. This is a salad bar in the similar style as a Subway sandwich shop where you pick out salad lettuce you want then choose your vegetable toppings and dressing. There's also one vegan choice of wrap, the Nirvana. The staff speak a little English, and the menu is all in English. Reported closed to HappyCow.

Yum! - Edit
Salad station is a nice place to stop into. The seating is fast-food style, so you probably would not want to go there to hang out. They have a good selection of 'themed salads', or you can pick and choose from a huge selection of toppings. Everything I have eaten there has been fresh.
Areas for improvement. You only get one small roll with your food, where usually large quantities of bread are offered for free in Turkey. Also, I often will order the Mexican salad with no meat or chicken. I have asked if they will reduce the price, because meat is expensive in Turkey, but they said the price is fixed. Usually restaurants in Turkey are happy to reduce the price or give you more of something else in exchange if you take out the meat. Disappointed.
Pros: Fresh, Moderately-priced, Central location
Cons: More bread please!
