Great idea! Hope it expands - Edit
I'm blown away that this restaurant is expanding. GO SALAD GO!
They offer meats as well as Gardein Chik'n ... only a few vegan salad dressings.
The salads are offered in multiple sizes and can be wrapped up in come carbohydrates if you prefer a hand-to-mouth meal.
Pros: Salad, to go!, Vegan options
Cons: More non-dairy dressings would be nice
