Vegan options - Edit
Checked in with the server and sounds like the hibachi might not be vegan and have some chicken in the seasoning. The ramen may have egg based noodles. And the rice might be made with chicken broth. Worth confirming with the server. And double check with server on fish and eel sauce

Stopped in after finding on happy cow. The soup offered at the start of the meal is beef broth. We ordered yellow level 3. It was very good It had tomato tofu zucchini squash and shaved bell peppers and onion. Was excellent. Heat spot on does not linger. Order Veggie One sushi roll. Flavorful didn’t even need soy. Will definitely drive out again.

The Masaman tofu curry was delicious! As was the sweet potato sushi roll. Was happy with everything.

FYI: I just visited this restaurant two days ago. Our server checked with the kitchen and told us none of the Thai dishes can be veganized. All contain fish sauce and cannot be made without. Maybe double-check next time you visit.

Delicious vegan sushi - Edit
The sweet potato roll was delicious. The vegetarian ramen is vegan but was just okay. The server recommended the hibachi vegetable as a vegan option. The server checked with the kitchen and told us all the Thai dishes contain fish sauce and cannot be made without. If I visit again, I'll try some of the other vegan sushi rolls. Miso soup was very good. The restaurant was immaculate and had a pleasant ambiance. Service was excellent.
