Upscale sushi in Hoboken - Edit
Saku is an upscale sushi restaurant in uptown Hoboken with standard vegan sushi options like mango & avocado roll, cucumber roll, avocado roll. They have a vegan spicy mayo which sets them apart from other sushi places in the area. I always get the “Mango Me Crazy” special roll and have them sub in the vegan spicy mayo.
