Four marked vegan main dishes, five starters - Edit
They now clearly mark their vegan options on the website and there's quite a lot of them (no meat replacements, though). This is the best selection in Brunnen.

Great food, lovely people, awesome view - Edit
It‘s been our first time in the Sairaz - and it was awesome. The people were absolutely amazing kind and took very good care of us. They had a lot of vegan options very clearly labeled on the menu and they also stated, that they will make every dish on the menu vegan if we‘d like it. The options were plenty from starter to dessert and the server told us „we make sure that every dish on our plate will be vegan“. It was a absolutely perfect experience and the location was great with awesome views over schwyz and the mountains.
Read moreObviously they have replaced the menu and labeled everything since the visit of hc-zürich. Vegan and gluten free options were perfectly labeled.
Pros: A looot of vegan options, Veeery friendly staff, Nice restaurent and great view
Cons: Sometimes it took a bit until food arrived
