This is a tiny counter-serve restaurant, mostly for takeout (with some functional seats inside and a couple of tables outside; no restrooms). They have only a couple of vegan items. Specify that you want a vegan banh mi (no mayo).

Awesome that they have vegan options clearly labeled, but i specifically went to a vegan place because i wanted a complete banh mi, so the fact that they just don’t add mayo is disappointing, i could’ve gone anywhere else

Please Add Vegan Mayo - Edit
This place would receive a five star rating if they just added vegan mayo. The mayo is such an important ingredient, really wish they bothered to offer it. Otherwise it’s pretty tasty but as another reviewer said, there are tastier vegan options out there.

Cheap option in pricey hood - Edit
I've had tastier vegan bahn mis but these are a nice option in a pinch. Some menu items are labeled vegetarian but according to staff those are all vegan. They don't use vegan mayo so the sauces are mostly whatever the ingredients are prepared in getting soaked into the bread. You're given the option of spicy or not, and I found spicy to be not that hot.
