Good vermicelli salad - Edit
I had the tofu and vermicelli salad and it was really nice; perfect for a hot day.

I had the tofu báhn mi and it was okay. A little bland as other comments say, but filling. They take out the mayo to make it vegan, so maybe they could replace this sauce with another one to make it tastier. In any case, I'll be coming back again to try their other vegan options.

We had the pho which didn't contain vegetables except a few bean sprouts, and mainly consisted of badly done tofu. A bit of a lazy and unhealthy offering for a vegan option.

Great Fresh Vegan Options - Edit
Was aiming to try out another vegan place in a recent visit to Sydney but it was closed - found Saigon Summer by accident and was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options they offered. Had a lovely tofu vermicelli noodle bowl and some spring rolls. It was light and fresh and very reasonably priced.
