Anything on menu can be made vegan

The store owner said that basically anything on the menu can be made vegan. Woo hoo! I tried the Tofu & Veggie Pho and really enjoyed it. My favorite is the Banh Mi sandwich with tofu. I felt like I was eating something really healthy, and it was wonderful on a cold snowy day. Rocky Mount has very few restaurants that are vegetarian or vegan-friendly. This is a wonderful addition to the community!
