Saigón Noodles has several options for vegans & vegetarians. Their seitan is so delicious! You can get it just as a side or in the Vermicelli bowl, which I’ve enjoyed twice. This is used in their vegan egg rolls & Spring Rolls. I love the sauces (4) served with the rolls. Portions are very size able and pricing very reasonable. The server was so helpful to us in making our selection, & brought us extra bowls & plates so we could share.

Pros: Several options for both vegan & vegetarian, Helpful, personable server, Easy access to restaurant even during high traffic
Cons: For lunch, would like a smaller option for bowls
