Consistent quality and service - Edit
Really enjoy this spot . It’s right outside of Birmingham off hwy 280 . The quality of the food is always on point. Tho there are few options they are consistent quality. I get A-7 tofu spring rolls and B-4-6 Wichita is stir fried tofu with noodles and spicy lemon grass sauce served w/ soy vinaigrette. I clarified with our server about the ingredients and he was super helpful went so far as to go back to the kitchen to clarify the ingredients! Get extra sauce to up the spice level to make it even better!

The spring rolls tho!!! - Edit
I’m not going to lie… I wasn’t expecting the chef to go off the way that he did!! I had my taste buds SET on eating fried rice but when I noticed they didn’t offer vegan friendly fried rice options, I was extremely disappointed. In fact, I walked out of the establishment, entered my car, pouted for a couple minutes, THEN decided to give the restaurant another try. (What can I say, hanger sometimes brings on the dramatics🤷🏾♀️🤣)
Read moreLet’s start with my appetizer, shall we. I ordered the basil tofu spring rolls… and yo! The dipping sauce brought out a flavor that blew my mind! I was sold! The service I received was energetic, patient, and attentive. My waitress encouraged me to try the pho w/ the base of a lemongrass vegetable broth… As soon as she mentioned lemongrass I was sold yet again because of the plethora benefits in lemongrass consumption. When my pho was brought out momentarily to my spring rolls… the amount of flavor, kick, and toppings was wonderfully overwhelming!! The food was delicious and they can count on my return!

five stars for wonderful pho - Edit
yum yum yum. i always get a7 (tofu spring rolls) and p11 (pho with tofu and broccoli). there are more vegan options that i’d love to try, but the above order is so good that i can never resist. this is really a gem - would rate five stars if i could.
