If you’re in Austin, you have to try their vegan ramen. This is the best vegan ramen I’ve had.
Read moreI also tried the vermicelli tofu seitan and the tofu spring rolls. They were all really good with a lot of protein.

delicious sandwiches - Edit
I was skeptical at first about making a banh mi with tofu but apparent they know what they are doing because it was really good and satisfying. Everything was well cooked and seasoned. Zero complaints. The Tofu and Seitan banh mi sandwich is fresh and flavorful. Prices are very reasonable.
