Good food. Not so good service. - Edit
We visited the restaurant before it burned, and had mixed feelings. The waitress put a big damper on our experience, was rude, slammed out plates down, and ignored us. Despite that, the food was pretty good.

tofu delicious - Edit
The curry lemongrass tofu dish here is probably the best curry dish I've ever had anywhere, and I feel like that's saying a lot as I've eaten my share of curry. The staff here is on top of things, too... I just have nothing bad to say about this place. Delicious.
Pros: staff great, food super amazing
Cons: not 100% vegan only thing I can think of

Excellent options, wonderful flavor - Edit
Saigon Le is an old favorite of mine in the memphis area. I have yet to try a vegan dish there that I don't like. I'm always surprised that it isn't busier.
