Serves meat, vegan options available. Variety of tofu dishes, noodles, and fried rice as well as soups and vegetarian spring rolls. Lunch specials. Destroyed by fire and confirmed closed January 2017.
We visited the restaurant before it burned, and had mixed feelings. The waitress put a big damper on our experience, was rude, slammed out plates down, and ignored us. Despite that, the food was pretty good.
Saigon Le is an old favorite of mine in the memphis area. I have yet to try a vegan dish there that I don't like. I'm always surprised that it isn't busier.
