Best Vegan Friendly Pho Ever - Edit
My friend recommended I try Saigon Jade with my family while in town for my sister's commencement, and they were right. Saigon Jade hit all the right spot with not only having some unique Viet dishes not found on a lot of menus, but a nice vegan friendly menu for someone like me too.
Read moreI had their Vegetarian Pho and a side of their vegan Egg Rolls. The pho was one of the best I've had... ever. The broth was flavorful and my bowl was loaded with so many veggies, pan-fried tofu, and even bean curd. The quality of the noodles, protein, and veg really stood out and I really enjoyed this hearty bowl of goodness.
The egg roll dish came with three and they were great as well. The veg ones have a taro, glass noodle filling, and was my kind of fried appetizer.
The rest of my family seemed to really enjoy their meals too so there is definitely something for everyone. Parking is available outside in the giant lot with many other Asian businesses.
Pros: Excellent pho
Cons: No proper vegan menu but the options still exist

Vegetarian by request - Edit
Nice bright space - much larger then their old location. Gone is the dedicated vegan menu unfortunately but will fulfill your desire if in need - just have to ask. The word for vegetarian in Vietnamese is “chay”. Tall skinny young fella very friendly and nice with a twinkle in his eyes.

NO VEGAN OPTIONS - Edit
Just went here 10 minutes ago and there is not one single vegan option on the menu. I asked about it, showed them that their website lists a ton of vegan options, and they just said "No".

They changed menu and didn’t have vegan menu. I spoke Vietnamese there and they have many options for us. Probably they don’t understand what is vegan in English

Best Asian spot in the East Valley - Edit
Saigon Jade is amazing. The staff is great, food is great and they have an entirely vegan section on the menu. They can also make Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee with coconut cream.

The food I tried was pretty bland - Edit
The pad thai was quite bland with thick noodles and lacking fresh ingredients to mix in. Also barely any kind of sauce on the noodles, almost dry. The curry was pretty bland too. I can’t recommend this place based on the items I tried. I appreciate the vegan options. I hope they spice things up a bit.

Absolutely incredible experience - Edit
Our server was very friendly and helpful with our menu questions. I love how this restaurant has a separate menu for their vegan customers. My husband and I ordered fresh spring rolls and the vermicelli bowls. Everything was very tasty and the portions offered leave enough for leftovers! I want to come back to try their began won ton soup

Really Great Food - Edit
I had a hankering for some Southeast Asian soup one morning. Looking on Happy Cow I found Saigon Jade and they open at 9:00 AM. They have a large vegan section on their menu. We had the spicy lemon grass soup. It was excellent. The service was very friendly and helpful. We will be back often.

Vegan Vietnamese - Edit
New restaurant I found searching for vegan food on GrubHub. Dined at the location. Found the restaurant clean and the server was extremely friendly. Mostly impressed by the dedicated section in the menu of vegan options. The server also recommended a soy milk drink that she had just made.
