Veggie Dishes Made Vegan - Edit
They have a few tofu dishes for those that are either plant-based or are looking for something different from the usual meat dishes. At first I was interested in their #72 Tofu Vermicelli, but when asked if they had a substitute sauce for their fish sauce, they said they only had soy sauce. Instead, he recommended the rice dishes below with either string beans or mushrooms. I asked if I could have both ingredients in my dish and they obliged.
Read moreI ended up with the #73 Stir-Fried Tofu & String Beans with Mushrooms included ($10). The dish is vegan as far as I know, with a mix of the aforementioned ingredients along with onions and cilantro. Fortunately they had this because my plate was really good. The fried tofu was delicious and the veggies were sautéed well. It was cooked with a soy sauce like dressing.
If you really want to be sure what you eat is vegan friendly, I'd say the tofu spring rolls or enjoying any of the rice plates without sauce is probably your best bet.
Pros: Dedicated vegetarian menu
Cons: Unclear whether all sauces were vegan friendly
