many vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
i honestly don't remember if the dish i had was veggie or vegan, but i don't see why they would put dairy products in this type of cuisine (and I'm quite sure eggs were in option).

A cozy and welcoming spot in Avignon where you can enjoy a fully vegan meal. I was impressed by the vegan bao—honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can also build your own noodle box with combinations like noodles, tofu, soy sauce, and fresh vegetables. Just be sure to clearly specify that you're vegan when ordering. A great option for plant-based travelers!

Tasty vietnamese food with labelled vegan options - Edit
We arrived in Avignon late in the evening and we're trying to find somewhere to eat as vegans. We got there at 9.45pm and at that time they were only offering take away food. We got tofu noodles and bao buns which were both delicious.
