Menu has a a page for vegetables. we asked a very helpful waitress which meals would be vegan and she steered us in the right direction. The two dishes we had were both excellent. We immediately wanted to go back!
Pros: If you have questions the waitress will help you.

Very friendly restaurant. A woman (the owner?) waited on us and was extremely knowledgeable about the vegan options on the menu. For the record, nearly all the 'vegetable' dishes on the Chinese side of the menu are vegan. And, there are several vegan Vietnamese options as well.
After a long drive to Rapid City, it was nice to have a worry-free meal once we arrived.
FYI--We went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was quite full.

The food was great and my omni friends where just as satisfied! Service was a little slow and uneven but the food was worth it.
