Vegetarian Restaurants!! Cozy, beautiful and amazing food. Server showed us the buffet noting which items were vegan. Simply delightful. My new favorite place. I highly recommend.
I’ve had a lot of Indian food over the years...street food as well as formal Indian cuisine. The food here was the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of vegan options to choose from (but be sure to ask). We will be heading back there the next time we’re in the Raleigh area.
Cute little vegetarian buffet. Food is a little spicier than other Indian buffets in the area. The server is happy to point out dishes that have dairy. Good place to eat if you have the misfortune of being in Morrisville.
It is easy to avoid dairy here. The food is spicier and more flavorful than other veg indian buffets in the area. My wife and I eat here at least once per week. If I had to pick one restaurant in RDU, this would be it. You can go to the lunch buffet 3 days in a row and have no repeated dishes.
I have been here several times for the lunch buffet and once for dinner. There is an amazing depth of flavor and combination of tastes that makes this restaurant special. Many Indian restaurants in this country, especially the lunch buffets, are overall unremarkable because of a generic institutional Indian-restaurant taste. This gem is the exception. The flavors are astounding and soul-satisfying, and the dishes are unique and varied. Each time I leave I feel the nourishing satisfaction one gets from having eaten an authentic home cooked meal. I am always looking for a reason to go 40 minutes out of my way so I can end up here. This is also extremely vegan friendly and the kind proprietor always points out what has dairy--which is a tiny fraction of what's available. If you are vegan this place, which is strictly vegetarian, will show you what kind of range is possible with plant-based food. Why eat a Western style meal of imitation meat and imitation dairy when you can enjoy a cuisine that has been refining plant-based food for centuries?
I am one of those people who loves to try everything and have several flavors in a meal, so I really like the buffet here. They usually have many different vegan dishes in the buffet, and it's all you can it. The vegan dishes are not clearly marked, so you have to ask what's vegan. I've never eaten here from the menu, so I can't say much for that.
Vegan-friendly! Their thin rice crepes were very delicious! I asked for seconds. I wanted them with freshly-cut tomatoes and they don't usually serve the crepes with tomatoes but they were very accommodating. My mom asked for a vegan curry and they customized it special for her. Our plates were crispy clean at the end of our meal. We were there for breakfast, only vegan-friendly place that opens at 7.30am in the area, but their lunch menu looks yummy as well.
