In love ♡ - Edit
Unfortunately, the cafe is very far away but we still chose it and did not regret it!
Read moreThe salad is presented very extravagant and a nice appearance. (Finally fiber!!)
The katsu was also really delicious and the dessert incredibly good!
I really liked the Zen-Buddhist concept of the cafe. Would come again next time!

Delicious noodles in a lovely, relaxed setting - Edit
I had the abura soba with chlorella noodles, a fresh plum soda, & a berry mousse dessert. Everything was delicious & beautifully presented, especially the dessert, which is designed to look like a little tree. The design of the restaurant is lovely too. The staff member was very kind & chatted to us, he made us feel very welcome. I can’t wait to go back & eat more of their tasty food!

Not open - Edit
21:00 close is incorrect. We asked our hotel reception to call and make us a reservation for 19:30; cafe staff told us not to reseve and just come. We went, and they're closed.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience to the customer. By the way, how many days is the schedule you contacted?? I haven't been able to confirm that there was such a contact, and if you are still in Himeji, I would like to invite you for free. What is the schedule?

Well worth it - Edit
I had the soba ramen and the green noodles were great with plentiful veg, the broth was one of the best broths I've tasted after weeks in Japan. They also served a local ale (with hints of yuzu) which was one of the best beers I've had all trip.

Must try! - Edit
A lovely interior space, calming and green, couches, plants. Beautiful.
Read moreThe servers were so kind. Explained things to me since there is no English menu. Used the translation app on their phone type thing.
I got the lunch set, which includes salad, ramen, and dessert. I got the Abura ramen which was recommended and I asked for a recommendation on the noodles too, which they happily offered. It ended up being a green noodle that tasted DELICIOUS.
The salad was so innovative! And fancy! It came in a glass with smoke like a terrarium! Inside on the bottom we’re five grain beans, a “moss ball” made out of vegan cheese, and pea sprouts. Also very tasty! And fun!!
For dessert, they served it in a little terracotta planter, it was strawberry mousse (I haven’t had good vegan strawberry mousse in god knows how long), and it had a little macha cake tree in it on a pretzel trunk.
Everything was so delightful, playful, and most importantly delicious. I enjoyed everything. I only wish I lived nearby to try it again in the future.
For the presentation style and everything, you would think this was an expensive meal, but the whole thing came out to less than $18!!
They’ll be adding new drinks to the menu soon, smoothies and what not. All in all, I highly recommend you try this restaurant.
If you’re visiting the Himeji castle, it’s a quick 10-minute bus ride, and very short walk. Completely worth the $2 bus fare.
Pros: Amazingly delicious food, Innovative, Fancy food for a cheap price
Cons: Not many drink options currently, They don’t speak English (but will try!!)

Finally,Saido Ramen can be eaten in Kansai area. - Edit
I was able to eat the menu of Saido, which is not easy to make a reservation in Tokyo. The food, service and atmosphere were all good. I will definitely come again.
