Several options. I chose to do a bowl of soup that they add Sriracha and papitas to upon request. My husband ordered one of their bowls. Glad we found them!

Sage is worth considering if you find yourself hungry at the north end of town, mostly because it has a handful of vegan or veganizable options and the ingredients are fresh. The TLT (tempeh) sandwich and the Thai peanut salad (which can be served with tofu at extra charge) are pleasant. They have a few veganizable bowls, and you can also opt to customize a bowl along the assembly line.

Had a delicious TLT sandwich (tempeh lettuce & tomato) on our way through town. Lots of other vegan options on the menu and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Super friendly, vegan advice from the cool employee. Had the Thai Peanut Salad with added tofu and the most delicious Cauliflower Curry Soup. Loved it! Have a drink at The Union across the street before or after and you’re in for a perfect evening.
