First floor of the building is this pure veg restaurant whereas ground floor is a non-veg restaurant (with nearly same name: Sagar Kinara for the non-veg and Sagar Kinara Udupi for the pure veg). The two restaurants are independent. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm.

Very glad to find a pure veg' restaurant in this area of Goa (which is pretty rare). The food was good, cheap and clean. Ask for dishes that are dairy free (but there are numerous). Mainly frequented by Indian people.
Don't forget to try a fresh fruit juice!
Pros: cheap, good food and vegan options, good choice of fruit juices
Cons: sometimes busy
