Recommend to mention when booking and ordering if you are veggie or vegan and staff will help. The menus are scrolls which unroll! Vindaloo quite hot! Popadom pickles lovely especially the red onion one. 2 happy eaters!

Amazing vegan curries - Edit
We stayed in Innerleithen for the mountain biking. We were concerned we would struggle to find vegan dining options. Saffron proved us wrong! They know all about veganism and are willing to make almost every one of their vegetarian options vegan.

Poppadoms to start, the balti and jalfrezi are amazing, tandoori roti and lemon rice, all accompanied by a 660ml Cobra! Beat curries we’ve had in ages. The atmosphere is great, very chilled and welcoming, and the staff very friendly. Really recommend! Booking is recommended, the place is very popular.
