Superb!

Ordered the vegetable coconut curry, and it was delish! The plain naan is butter naan, so careful there. But the food was FANTASTIC. The cocktails were also VERY attractively priced for the area. Highly recommend this place!

New Indian Restaurant w Vegan options

We enjoyed our first visit at Saffron Indian in Steamboat Springs. Steamboat was missing an Indian Restaurant and Saffron is a really good add. There is a substantial Vegetarian section on the menu with several vegan options. We enjoyed Aloo Gobi and a Vegan Vegetable Curry.

Pros: Only Indian in Steamboat , Lots of Veg/Vegan options, Food was yummy
