Open 24 hours and lots of Organic, Vegan Selections - Edit
When you land at Fairbanks Airport - most flights are at night and if you're going to see the Northern Lights - chances are you might be doing some cooking in your room or lodge. We found Safeway to be open when we landed and were pleasantly surprised at their vegan/organic/non-GMO selections. We bought supplies we need to do some easy cooking in our room and were very happy with their service. Also they have a package store called Oaken Keg right in the store - so if you want to get a bottle of wine - this is convenient.
