In una città che non offre opzioni è un angolo di paradiso con molte opzioni L vegetariane e veganizzabili, sia per quanto riguarda gli antipasti che i piatti principali, fino ad arrivare al dolce. Consigliato!

Ottima esperienza! Il ristorante offre molte pietanze vegane e/o veganizzabili di ottima qualità! Presi i falafel, vegan tacos, il primo piatto principale a base di melanzane e il cous cous: tutto ottimo (9/10) tranne forse il cous cous lievemente secco (7.5/10). Fra i dolci ho preso la crostata al frangipane, buonissima (10/10!!).

Gemma preziosa nel cuore di Catanzaro Lido! - Edit
Safe & Sound era nella lista dei posti da provare e ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Menù con piatti fusion e scelta ampia di opzioni vegane (sempre difficili da trovare in Calabria!). Per non parlare della cura nei dettagli, dagli accostamenti di sapore unici all'impiattamento. Straconsigliato!!!

Federico and Sabrina, owners and chefs of the restaurant are exquisite people, prepared and extremely available in explaining and recommending any dish of which they know every single ingredient that they carefully select, paying attention to their seasonality. Much attention is paid to eco sustainability.
We had dinner with colleagues in this restaurant, where, however, it is possible to go both at lunchtime and in the morning for breakfast, and we left enthusiastically.
The quality of the food is very high as well as the preparation.
Plus they have a great selection of wines and craft beers.
We started by getting various appetizers: paprika chips, veggie tacos and falafel.
As a first course we had a pumpkin soup, vegan couscous and a vegan hamburger sandwich.
As dessert we concluded with the pumpkin pie (certainly one of the best tarts I've ever eaten) and apple and cinnamon tortelli on a Saronno amaretti sauce.
Absolutely the best vegan place in Catanzaro (If it were possible, I would have put 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
There is the possibility of ordering at home or take away.
Fair price for the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff.
I will definitely be back.
