Has a few marked vegan dishes and staff are happy to make changes to menu items where possible to suit dietary requirements. Some examples of vegan dishes include summer berry porridge, smashed avocado and warm crispy tofu salad. Open Mon-Thu 7:00am-3:00pm, Fri-Sat 7:00am-4:00pm, Sun 7:00am-3:00pm.

Great little breakfast spot for mixed company - Edit
Sadie Black has made a solid effort to provide tasty vegan options in a bustling local Cafe. We went on a winter Saturday morning and ordered the Apple porridge which was really tasty. They also had several other savoury options and a pastie available inside. Perfect Cafe if you're in the area but I wouldn't necessarily treck out here just for the vegan food if you don't live nearby.

Neighbourhood gem - Edit
Sadie Black is usually bustling with locals. Not surprising considering how friendly this cafe is, and the coffee is good. Always some sweets in the cabinet, including a vegan one.
Read moreI enjoyed the Breakfast Salad with tofu and on another occasion, pear porridge. Both were delicious and clearly marked as vegan on the menu. There is also the option of making up your own combination from the 'sides' which include rosti, tofu, avocado.
