Nothing spectacular…

Onboard the California Zephyr, as vegans, we had enough to eat, which we were grateful for! Just nothing was spectacular. The vegan chili on a baked potato was available for both lunch and dinner. Staff was willing to swap out a baked potato for the meat for the dinner entrees abs breakfast potatoes for eggs in the morning.
