Pleasantly surprised - Edit
I was a bit skeptical coming here but I was genuinely impressed with the vegan Lomo Saltado. It uses tofu instead of beef and they do a great job with it.
Read moreAlso of note: the non-vegans I was with also enjoyed their meals.
Areas to improve: staff is unfamiliar with veganism and there are few vegan-by-default options.
