Usually I have huge problems finding vegetarian restaurants in smaller cities in Portugal. I didn't in Beja.
The food is fresh, having options from vegan to ovo-lacto vegetarians. Less vegan dishes than I'd like - but yummy anyway. Quite a comfy place, and you pay by weight, which makes it quite cheap (at least for me). The staff was nice and helpful.
Pros: Buffet options, Good value, Nice vibe
Cons: Dishes aren't labelled. (But staff helped!)
