Incredible food, chill vibes - Edit
Me and my friend went 2 times while we were in Naha in May, the restaurant is lovely, with books and paintings, with really nice music.
Read moreAs for the food, not everything is vegan but there are quite a few different options depending on the time you go and your taste!
The tenant is really kind and does everything himself, and the food is so tasty.
Drinks and sweet are nice but the main deal are the noddles.
Pros: Good quality food, tasty., Nice space, really cozy., Good proportion, got out with a full stomach.
Cons: Only cash, may be complicated for some people. , Depending on time you might need to buy a drink.

不錯的食物 - Edit

Cute place with tasty soups - Edit
Small and cute spot. Had the tan tan, ramen and cucumber sides that were all vegan. Tan tan was especially delicious. Would have rated 5 if allowable. Cash only.

Cozy place with delicious ramen - Edit
The restaurant is very homey. My partner felt it to be a little rundown but in my opinion it's part of the charm. There were menus available in English and the owner was very attentive. Several vegan options were offered and I went with the vegan ramen which I really enjoyed. It was just on the chill side of spicey! Since it's only one man running the place, our drinks came after we had almost finished our meals since he had other patrons to attend to as well.

Good food, not so great service, arbitrary opening hours - Edit
Also had to come here twice, the first time was at 7pm, and despite opening hours until 8pm, the owner just said "closed" and suggested me with his hand to leave. The second time I came around 5.30pm, and was the second guest.
Read moreOn top of the menu it says one drink order is expected with any meal order after 5pm. I thought this was to avoid very small orders, as it is a one-person-restaurant. Since I came in super hungry, ordering two main dishes and a desert alone, I didn't worry about it, and was a bit surprised when the owner insisted on me ordering a drink, too, while ordering.
The food came quicker than expected, and all at once, meaning I suddenly had two mains and a desert in front of me. Normally I'd say I don't have high demands in terms of service quality, and while quick speed is of course a good thing, I couldn't help but feeling rushed. It felt almost like the owner wanted to finish my order as quickly as possible in order to continue chatting with the only other guest besides me. He also didn't bother asking whether I wanted the desert with or after the main courses, something which I am used from living in Taiwan, or interact or check in with me in any other way.
The food itself (curry udon, spicy tomato ramen [wasn't that spicy imo], homemade giner ale, chocolate tarte) was good, though the cumin flavor of the curry udon was a bit intense, even for me who loves eating food with stronger flavours. So, if you are not a fan of that, better order something else.
Pros: Menu with many vegan choices, Food prep much quicker than expected
Cons: My food came all at once (two mains, one desert), Felt rushed and not appreciated as a customer

Flavoursome vegan curry with Japanese udon noodles. It was good to find a spot where you see “vegan” clearly labelled on the menu.

Good vegan options - Edit
Everything is clearly labeled, so you know what is/isn't vegan, and they have English menus. The prices are good, too. I had the curry udon with a hot spice cocoa. The udon was good, though it could've done with more noodles. The cocoa was tasty. The serving size was pretty good, too.

Was okay - Edit
Vegan Ramen was okay but the broth had mostly a taste of lemongrass and coriander. So at the end there was just a soapy taste in my mouth. The noodles were a bit hard, little bit tofu and greens and one tomato were in the soup. Was a bit lame.

Come here while In Okinawa! - Edit
This place has such delicious food! I came here yesterday and got the vegan ramen (very good) and home-made ginger ale (delicious). Today, I came back and got the vegan curry udon. So tasty! It’s only a 5 minute walk from Kokusai Dori and is a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great filling food - Edit
I liked everything that I ate. The lunch set was affordable (1400 yen with drink) and very filling as it had soup, salad, the curry, and the ice tea I chose. I had the vegan chocolate tart and the candied nuts were a genius addition. This place has enough vegan options to be a proper vegan place, but I guess the meat options are good to have if you have people in your group who refuse to eat vegan food.

Five stars! ✨ - Edit
I went for lunch on a Monday. I waited less than 10 minutes before being served the new tomato spicy ramen (vegan) and chai with soy milk. Both were delicious - it's not easy to find vegan ramen so I was happy I could eat it after a long time. The bowl had a lot of veggies, some mushrooms and soy curd. The place has a very unique vibe, calming and vibrant at the same time. Definitely recommended!

Lovely - Edit
Great atmosphere (3 legit beatniks @ the bar & everything!). Got a limited edition set - all presented very well & all tasty. Hope one day this place will go totally vegan. Enough vegan options for maybe two visits with different food. Menu had limited vegan options but the menu is rather limited anyway. I'm updating the hours - closed Thursdays, 2 Sundays off the month (couldn't confirm which!) Noon to last order 19:00, 20:00 close.

Cozy, tasteful and with warm atmosphere - Edit
Great little caffé that is surprisingly very welcoming to vegans. They offer vegan versions of coffee, chai, appetizers, desserts but you can also order main dish. Personally we tried a little bit of everything they're offering and just loved it. The portions are just the right size and the prices are good too. It has nice home-like atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. I'd definitely go with five stars if I could.
