Best vegan saltado. - Edit
They use authentic Peruvian spices to blend the perfect adaption for a traditionally meaty option, the "lomo saltado". With mushrooms instead of meat, the taste and texture feel quite similar to the original recipe and balance the mushrooms' earthy flavors with semi-sweet touches from the glazed soy sauce and the herb combination they use. The chicha morada also tastes like soft drink, evocative of the Brazilian tradition of redcurrant (groselha) drink. Plus, the owners themselves cook and serve with extreme care. Definitely worth a visit.
