Nice find! - Edit
I had to spend some time in Borehamwood, I'm usually happy with Wetherspoons or Pizza Express for chains with vegan menus but it was slim pickings until I found Sababa, which indeed as previously reported on Happy Cow, has a vegan menu, although you do have to ask for it. The waiting staff are not 100% certain about what is vegan but they were good to check and double check with the chef. They have 'vegan meat' a lot on the menu, this is actually Beyond steak pieces, which is not for all but fine with me. It could be more transparent just to say so, I was actually hoping it was seitan!😄There is plenty to choose from on the menu so it won't get boring quickly!

Several vegan options - Edit
I found this restaurant to cater reasonably well for vegans. Whilst staff weren't always aware of what was,or could be made, vegan, they were happy to find out. I had a pizza with vegan cheese (all of the pizzas can be veganised) and it was delicious. My wife had the vegan burger with roast potatoes and that was really tasty too.
