Great cafeteria - Edit
We had a vegan panini with cheese, meat replacement, rocket, a fig jam, and a few other things. Awesome and reminded me of the vegan pizza in black crust pizzaria.

Pretty good vegan panini - Edit
For a national park, the food was very good. They had a vegan panini with vegetables and vegan cheese. They will heat up the panini for you, and they offered to clean the pan and put it in separate to the meat paninis. It was pricey, but that’s to be expected in Iceland and at a national park.

Tea and cake - Edit
They have vegan cheesecake! I thought it was good, but my 3-year-old said it was "too frosting-y." To be fair, it did kind of taste like frosting. Also got tea, and they had out some milk labeled vegan (not sure what kind, it was in Icelandic). They also had broccoli soup and vegetable samosas. Pasta was available but had dairy cheese on top. It looks like they have more options when they are busier in the summer (we visited in Sept).
