Just OK - Edit

We dined here on Sunday night and the restaurant was reasonably busy. We ordered 2 Leo beers, carrot juice and mango smoothie. A member of the staff went off on their bike to get the beers, ( they gave us a glass of water in the meantime) the carrot juice was average, but the mango smoothie was delicious. The Original Veggie burgers were tasty enough but plain and uninspiring, perhaps could have been improved with a bit of lettuce and tomato. The Hummus Burger was quite good and the fries were well cooked. Service is average to good, location is very good, within walking distance of the Night Bazaar, pricing was OK. The overall perception of the restaurant was fair.

Pros: Location, Affordability

Cons: A little disorganised

Happy I found this spot - Edit

At first it was a bit of a hassle to order since the staff doesn't speak English and some of them can't read Thai either. I used the spoken option in Google translate to make my order.
Had the 'Chipotel Burrito Bowl' 3 days in a row because it was so good and fresh. Would recommend it to everyone.
Menu is fully vegetarian but unfortunately on request they serve meatburgers.
Manager told me the bread and pizzabase doesn't contain milk or eggs so you can easily veganize the burgers and pizza (without mayonnaise and cheese).

Pros: Fresh, Tasty, Easily veganized

Cons: Serves meat on request, Ordering can be a bit complicated

Service needs Improving - Edit

On our visit the service was absolutely appalling – we tried to order our food about ten times before we managed it successfully and most of the dishes came up with some kind of problem. Even though plenty of staff were working none of them seemed to be adequate in their work.
Later on, someone turned up who appeared to be the manager and sorted everything out, which was lucky as they seemed to be non-functional without him. If he hadn’t turned up when he did we’d have given them a one star based on the service we received although the dishes were not bad and the options were great, especially in a place where there isn’t much choice for western style veggie food.
All vegetarian apart one from dish. Many vegan items.

great food, staff, atmosphere - Edit

Would come again for the food alone, but the atmosphere, seating area, and staff make this one a winner. The food is mostly vegetarian (a mixture of western and Thai options) but can easily be veganised - e.g. I had the stir-fried sukiyaki without the egg and was just as satisfied. They also have a heap of different teas, coffee, smoothies, and juices as well.

They're also opening a hostel upstairs which is cool!

Pros: super friendly & nice owner/manager, FOOD, relaxing area to sit with a book or friends

Nice set up - Edit

The restaurant is quite nice and has a different feel to the usual veggie places around Chiang Rai. It has a cool cafe feel. The staff were pleasant with serviceable English, and the owner/manager speaks excellent English. I am 100% plant based so there were some things on the menu I couldn't consume as they contained eggs, milk, etc... They have a western style vegetarian menu. I had the veggie burger and fries which came to 120฿. They have veggie desserts and a variety of drinks/smoothies as well. Free wifi.

Pros: Great diverse menu (Asian & Western), Nice atmosphere, Friendly staff

Cons: More vegetarian than vegan, A little pricey for me but I am cheap, Portions could be a bit bigger
