Cafe is great! - Edit
The store sells plenty of great vegan items, but the cafe really stands out. They have many clearly marked vegan options. I’ve tried them all, and they are all delicious. My favorites are the raw cheezecakes and Jerry’s delight. Yum!

Delish - Edit
Lots of vegan options at the cafe. Staff is kind and informative. Grab and go or sit and enjoy. Hard to find delicious fresh vegan food when road-tripping but this definitely hit the mark.

So happy to find this place!! - Edit
This place is great, they have some prepared foods many of which are vegan. I was visiting the area and finding this place was like finding an oasis in the desert... I got chickpea salad, potato salad, a tempeh wrap and vegan cherry cheesecake here which were all awesome. Lots of vegan groceries. And everyone was super friendly!!!

What a great find! THANK YOU Happy Cow! I’m in Inverness/Lecanto for work and haven’t found anything vegan friendly except Panera! This place rocks. All your favorite vegan snacks and in the back, a cafe! (They do serve meat options)
Read moreI had the Mock Chicken Salad which is oddly named because it was just a chickpea salad, there was no actual mock chicken in it. Also I ordered the coconut joy bar which was such a sweet treat- kinda like an almond joy or Mounds!
Will be back again tomorrow for lunch!
They did mention they changed their hours to 5 pm as well, previously 3:30 pm.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Non recycle-able containers for deli

Excellent resource in a town with little Egan options - Edit
We were grateful to avail ourselves of this natural foods store. It is a throwback to the sixties, packing in shelf upon shelf of health food products. Great for loading up the pantry in a vacation rental. The cafe in the rear of the store has wraps and prepared foods to go or eat in a small seating area. We had a gluten-free, vegan brownie in the store and mock chicken salad to go. The staff is plentiful and circulating, available to answer any questions.

Amazing selection - Edit
My family and I went here for lunch on the way home from Homossassa Springs and were completely blown away by the selection and stock at the store before we even made it to the café at the back of the store. They have every product you could hope for or imagine; the shelves are brimming with the best of the best from floor to (practically) ceiling. I’ve been to many health food stores in Canada and a few in the US, and I was super impressed! When they didn’t have the spice I was looking for (star anise pods), the sales clerk immediately offered to order it in for me. As for the café, everything us vegetarians - and even omnivores (in laws always graciously tag along to our veg dining selections) - chose from the take away counter at the café was thoroughly enjoyed! I have a feeling we’ll be back here for groceries and lunch every time we visit our inlaws in FL...
