Disappointed dinner

My roasted veggies with quinoa, kale and avocado was a Kale salad with minimal roasted veggies. Maybe it was my mistake, but I was expecting the roasted veggies to be the main part of the dish

Pros: They had multiple vegan option

Cons: Too much Kale, if there can be too much Kale

Some parts were excellent

Vegan Navajo taco was good, although the chili part was a bit thin & bland until adding hot sauce; the fry bread base was the best I've ever had - light, fluffy & not greasy. It doesn't come with any cheeze. The vegan chocolate cake was absolutely divine, small but dense and rich! Vegan gelato was OK, nothing special.

Pros: Separate vegan menu on request, w/ several choices, Friendly & attentive staff

Cons: A couple vegan options were sold out/unavailable

Delicious options

Request the vegan menu - full of yummy options. Lion’s mane tacos were original and delicious, someone else had the vegan Philly cheezesteak and declared it the best he’d ever had. Vegan chocolate cake was only dessert option but was to die for!

Fine line between "good" and "okay"

Commend them for having the two main vegan options, However, execution needs some work.
Vegan lions mane tacos: the lions Mane was actually cooked really well, but it was just smothered in sweet chili sauce that normally goes on coconut shrimp.
Vegan philly cheesteak was yummy, but menu says oyster mushrooms and vegan mozzarella...however, we had just a bunch of standard portobellas chopped up with what I think was credo vegan cheese. The peppers and onions were cooked nicely.

Honorable mention was what seemed like house made ketchup.

Overall, this was good for Page all things considered hints the 4star. Anywhere else it would be 3star.

Cons: Price point
