Rusted Roost revamped their plant-based menu and it has greatly improved! I had the vegan chickpea burger and it was delicious!

Vegan menu needs work - Edit
Rusted Roost is very expensive but food is not good. I ordered the cauliflower "steak" which was 3 florets of steamed cauliflower, 4 carrots and a smear of mashed potatoes. Food was very bland. My friend ordered the cornucopia plate which contained an entire 1/2 zucchini that was basically raw. I do not recommend this restaurant for vegans or vegetarians.

I had the same experience - one big cauliflower floret and some rubbery yet burnt carrots. I thought I was being pranked. Almost no protein and not even like a piece of bread or something.
