Mon-Fri the bistro offers many vegan dishes, including different soups, doner, burgers, salads and raw food; all organic. Open Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-1:00pm.

I went to this place twice.
The staff is very friendly and sympathetic.
Most of the ingredients come from regional organic farmers.
That's why they have a daily changing menu. You can check on their website what is on the menu.
I recommend to order in advance as this is a quite popular place with locals and many things get sold out quickly.
Unfortunately the bistro is closed on Saturday. Then you need to cook yourself- you'll find some delicious ingredients in the grocery store that is connected with the bistro.
Pros: Many vegan options, Fresh food, Organic place
Cons: Closed on Saturday, Less places outside
