Amazing cauliflower tacos!

I was happy to find another good restaurant to eat with vegan options in the Hollister vegan desert.

We sat outside on a warm evening and it was really pleasant. We had a very friendly server who seemed knowledgeable about the vegan options.

I chose to have the cauliflower tacos with the crema omitted. It wasn't merely an ok option like sometimes vegans have to resort to, but was super tasty. I'd definitely order them again when in the area. The serving size was generous.
