Great little place a little walk from Nara Park - Edit
We stopped at this little family run place after looking up reviews on here. The vegan lunch set was substantial and tasty consisting of brown rice, seasonal veggies, potato salad and a leafy salad. It also came with a drink. All in all, a great little place with a number of gluten free, vegan and veggie options! So nice that places like these exist outside the big cities!

Excellent vegetarian-friendly gem in Nara, very easy to get to from Nara Park. Staff was extremely friendly and the food was very tasty. A number of vegetarian and vegan friendly choices (we had the Japanese Curry and Vegan dinner plate).
Absolutely a 5-star experience, only 4 due to HappyCow policy on veg-friendly.
Pros: Several vegetarian choices, Good prices, Great staff
