Rumba is one of my favorite restaurants in town! They making credible food, have many, vegan options, and everything is so fresh!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. A family business and the owners care a lot and make amazing food. The vegan options aren’t all on the menu, just ask and they’ll point out what can be veganized. Owners were very friendly! I got the vegan mofongo and canoa. Excellent!

This place has some great options and are always willing to whip something up or accommodate. Truly love the family-run vibe and I’ve always been treated extremely well every time I’ve come in.

Great Latin joint with veg options. - Edit
Finding good Latin food in Colorado is challenging; veg Latin food options are almost nonexistent. This restaurant offers both. You can still get the Latin flavors in veg options. Place offered impossible beef options and vegan cheese; just ask what can be made vegan. Owner was very accommodating and made vegetarian mofongo just for us to try. Great service, good price. Mojitos are also the real deal. Will be back!

Absolutely Delicious - Edit
A lovely spot for vegans and non-vegans alike. You can order the burrito, plantain boat(canoa) , or stuffed potatoes as vegan. Most of the sides are vegan. Make sure to try the Cilantro rice!
