Lots of options. - Edit
Yes, there are lots of vegan options, but it's just OK. I had the spaghetti Bolognese and the garlic knots. The spaghetti sauce had a tin taste like it came from a can. I didn't confirm/verify this, so I'm not sure if this is accurate.

This is a small, family-friendly Italian place with an extensive vegan menu that they gave us without us even having to ask. We were pleased enough with the first page of the menu - and then realized there was a full second page on the back! There are appetizers, pasta dishes, pizza and sandwiches - maybe 5 or 6 choices in each category. The food was excellent - we were all delighted. Highly recommend!

The fact that they have a separate vegan menu with lots of options made it an easy place to eat. Staff is very friendly. Pizza toppings are generous and the crust is perfect! The vegan house salad has a dressing made with basil and it’s a really light, delicious option to go along with a more substantial meal (like a pizza). If this was closer to where I live I would definitely be back!

If you’re in the Lehigh Valley area looking for authentic Italian pizza that’s not short on taste- highly recommend Ruffino’s!! Be sure to ask for the plant-based/vegan menu. Would give it 5 stars if that was allowed on happy cow for non-fully vegan/vegetarian restaurants.

This place is fantastic for vegans. The owner’s wife is vegan, so they fully 100% understand vegan needs. They offer vegan sandwiches, pizza, Stromboli, etc. Everything is delicious. We eat there regularly, but also were able to book their food truck to cater our vow renewal with their vegan options. Vegans and omnivores both loved it!

Me and my fiancé come to eat here all the time! It is one of our go to places. They have a whole separate vegan menu with exceptional dishes. The portions are generous and the prices are great. The owner is super nice and is passionate about his food! I love this place!

Hands down the best pasta I ever had. My bf & I appreciated the staff’s recommendations for vegan pasta. We had the sausage and peppers spaghetti and the spaghetti bolognese as our entrees, and for our appetizers we started with vegan garlic knots and a salad with a yummy pesto dressing. Would come by again when we back in Allentown. Thanks so much!

Ruffino’s has a large vegan menu. I ordered a pasta dish, a pizza, and garlic knots during my trip in PA. It was incredible! Some of the best vegan Italian food I have had. It was so good, I went back the next day. I highly recommend trying if you are in the area.

Loved the Vegan Cheesesteak and Pizza! Tried plain. Next time will try with toppings. I found the separate Vegan Menu when I clicked order online. Didn't see it when I just looked at the online menu. Haven't had a " Cheesesteak" in a really long time and my wife and I really enjoyed it! Will be back again in the near future!
